RETURNS 

URBAN GLAMSTAR want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 Day after purchase or 5 Days after Delhivery if the following conditions are met:

: All products / items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt

: Any item that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. •

: Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface .

: Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted. 

If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 50 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.

URBAN GLAMSTAR will get the pair/s picked up, request you'll have to follow these steps: •

Login to your Account 

: Go to VIEW ORDERS 

: Order Detailed will open 

: Click on the RETURN OPTION once.

Fill in the Return Request form and submit it .

You will receive a message that your Return Request is submitted successfully ! • Your ‘Return’ will be processed post URBAN GLAMSTAR approval. You will receive a confirmation email for the same

Note: A sum of INR 99 will be deducted on all discounted item's return when picked by team URBAN GLAMSTAR/courier partners.

SHIPPPING CHARGES And Cash On Delhivery (COD ) Charges will be deducted from the Refund Amount. 

If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 50 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.

Also, if you plan to ship the order by yourself then WE will recommend only well trusted logistic players. Request you to always ask for the shipping receipt from your partner. and update our customer care on 8393-989803 or email us the tracking info on contact@urbanglamstar.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.

Also, if you wish us to complete the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. in case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only twice after that.

Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return and no amount will be refunded for the reverese shipment charges incurred. Do not hand over the shipment to the courier partner if he/she is not providing the return pickup slip. The slip will help you to confirm the pick up with us and we can then follow up with our courier partner.

URBAN GLAMSTAR will not be responsible in case the product doesn't reach our (URBAN GLAMSTAR ) address.
